Combined with our 30-minute cardio HIIT routine, intense vibration from the power plate forces the body to utilize more energy to keep stable, thus accelerating your training's effectiveness of up to 5.8 times. FAQ
No worries! Our group fitness classes is a hybrid between HIIT and Strength training. Since our groups are small, our fitness coach will be able to monitor each participant closely. He will be able to identify better movement alternatives for you should the standard routine is not ideal - a unique quality of group training hosted by RAW. Perfect even for beginners!
However, it is advised that participants with medical/health issues, as well as serious movement or flexibility problems consult us prior to the training.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds.
However, you may discuss with your trainer on alternatives such as converting your group training package to our personal training program, or transferring your purchased package to an agreeing friend or family member.
We understand the need to make changes to schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. If you're unable to attend group training, simply inform your Fitness Trainer at least 3 hours before your scheduled session.
