After months of being inactive, I was looking for a effective program to kickstart my exercise regime. I was referred to Glenn at RAW by a contact who had success through the personal training program. It was hard to get started. Glenn is really patient with the process. He is attentive every session and monitors the progress made and your state during the session. He shares his knowledge and believes in integrating fitness with your lifestyle to ensure sustainability. It has been an interesting and progressive 3 months so far. I’ve been with a lot of trainers and gyms but Raw is something else, firstly - there’s a lot of focus on actual presentation of the clients and both ‘real’ movements and compound movements. Next, the assessment is comprehensive- your movement, compensation and mass management is taken seriously. Finally - there’s always the “ do you have questions for me?” “How have you been?” “Are you in discomfort?” I’ve been with RAW and Samuel for the last 4 months have noticed drastic functional improvement.

I was specifically looking for someone who has experience working with people with injuries as I have some old knee and slip disc conditions and Glenn came highly recommended by various people in the fitness industry. It has been a great experience training with Glenn in RAW for almost a year. He is very client focused and knowledgeable, and always willing to share and explain any queries I have in greater detail. He is also quite flexible on timing and works very hard from early morning till late night to accommodate his clients' timing. I think he really makes an effort to treat his clients well, for example, he provided a free session of personal training to my wife when she had some neck ache. I also like that the setup in RAW is tailored for individuals or smaller groups, so I always felt that I had a lot of space and privacy. Overall, I highly recommend RAW for personal training.

Glenn is very passionate about his work and know his stuff well. He also know some myofascial release and is able to help me relieve tensions whenever I have aches.
